Online store regulations

  1. The seller of the products available in shop edwardbar.com is: FORT GALERIA, NIP:  678-133-33-59, with headquarters in Zielonki, Lawendowa 47.
  2. To order any products from our shop you, have to read all of these regulations. When you place the order, you simultaneously declare that you have already read, understood and accepted those regulations.
  3. Our shop sells products using the Internet. The key term your order to be fulfilled is to fill in and send us the order form which is available in our shop.
  4. The orders are being received via the website of our shop – www.edwardbar.com
  5. Customers can place an order twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Also during public holidays.
  6. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and during public holidays will be considered in the morning of the next working day.
  7. Customers can cancel the order only till the goods are not being sent. After the goods are sent, the customer can return them using complaint or return procedure.
  8. If you would like to cancel the order (before we send goods to you), you will have to inform us about it by sending an email (with the number of the order you want to cancel) to the address: shop@edwardbar.com using the email address that you have registered in our shop. After this your order will be canceled.
  9. Every order is followed by an VAT invoice. Invoice is being issued when ale the goods from the order are wrapped and ready to be sent. But, if the recipient and the ordering party is not the same person, the invoice will be available on demand.
  10. The prices in edwardbar.com shop contain VAT taxes, and they are being presented in Euro or US Dollars. It depends on the option that you choose during viewing our site.
  11. The price given to each ornament in the shop is biding both sides in the moment when customer place the order. Edwardbar.com shop reserves the right to: change the prices of the goods which are being presented in current offer, input new goods to the offer, to organize, change and cancel promotion campaigns on the shop website.
  12. Edwardbar.com shop reserves the right to remove some goods from the offer.
  13. The delivery of the goods is made on the way selected by the customer and defined in the order form.
  14. Shipment costs are being added to the each order. They are being presented to the customer in the order specification before the payment.
  15. The goods are being sent on to the address that was specified by the customer in the order form.
  16. Edwardbar.com shop reserves the right to change the delivery deadline in case of temporary lack of goods in our warehouse. If such an inconvenience takes place, the customer will be informed as quickly as possible.
  17. The costs of foreign parcels (outside Poland) are being given individually when the order is being placed. Those orders can be paid only by credit card or bank transfer.
  18. We accept payment on delivery (POD), payment by credit card or bank transfer.
  19. Under the terms of the law of March 2, 2000 (Dz.U. 2000 nr 22 poz. 271) "On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damages caused by unsafe products" you have the right to return merchandise purchased in our store, without providing a reason, within ten days of delivery. This is only possible in cases where the merchandise has not been used, copied, or damaged in any way. The customers have to pay for the delivering of returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the invoice. All products must be returned in their original packaging. We will refund the price of the merchandise within the seven days since we received the return. We will not refund shipping and delivery costs.
  20. If you received the parcel with your order and discovered a shortfall of goods such as:
  21. We do not accept parcels for which we are required to pay shipping costs on delivery.
  22. Costs of the returning of complaint articles will be refunded immediately after the shop receives the parcel and allows a claim. You have to attach an original invoice and the information about the reason for complaint. All of the complaints are being considered within two working days since we received them.
  23. Damaged articles will be replaced to another of full value. If such a replacement will be impossible (for example due to out of stock), our shop will refund customers equivalent of the price of the article or we will offer another, available in shop articles.
  24. Claims regarding mechanical damage, which took place during delivery, will be allowed only if the customers have checked the parcel after receiving it. Condition that the shop will allow this type of claim is to send us a complaint protocol written-off in the presence of a postman, mailman or courier.
