Personal data


All personal data of our customers are being safely stored and used only to complete the order. Under the terms of the law of August 29, 1997 (Dz. U. 2014 r. poz 1182) "The Act on the Protection of Personal Data with amendments" we never share your data with any other party. Registered users of our shop can check and modify their personal data (which are being stored in our database) via the special form which is available after logging in.

 Online payment security (Credit Card)

 For online transactions we use PayPal system. Transaction data are sent through a secure connection directly to the credit card authorisation centre and, therefore, cannot be viewed by any unauthorised person. Furthermore the staff of PayPal or the website where the service or goods were purchased do not have access to the data. The payment card authorisation centre provides just a confirmation that a declared payment can be made and the website receives the information via PayPal system. Shipment and refunds

 Ordered ware will be sent within 48 hours from verification cash on delivery order or after we receive the payment for the order (when you choose to pay by bank transfer). You can also agree with us the delivering of the goods in a period most convenient for you.

 All our ornaments are wrapped in hard packages, which protect them from damage. Customers can choose the way that the order will be delivered: by post Poczta Polska , USPS, or by courier . Orders placed during public holidays will be sent on the next working day.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your item. Customers must return item at their own cost by registered mail to us. The shipping and handling fee that includes postage, packing and warehouse costs is non-refundable at any case. All items are sent out through registered mail we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in post. In such cases ref. no. is provided so that buyers can claim back all money paid for the item from (Poczta Polska.)
