Ordered ware will be sent within 48 hours from verification cash on delivery order or after we receive the payment for the order (when you choose to pay by bank transfer). You can also agree with us the delivering of the goods in a period most convenient for you.
All our ornaments are wrapped in hard packages, which protect them from damage. Customers can choose the way that the order will be delivered: by post (Poczta Polska) or by courier (OPEK). Orders placed during public holidays will be sent on the next working day.
Under the terms of the law of March 2, 2000 (Dz.U. 2000 nr 22 poz. 271) "On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damages caused by unsafe products," you have the right to return merchandise purchased in our store, without providing a reason, within ten days of delivery. This is only possible in cases where the merchandise has not been used, copied, or damaged in any way. The customers have to pay for the delivering of returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the invoice. All products must be returned in their original packaging. We will refund the price of the merchandise. We will not refund shipping and delivery costs. Note that we cannot accept parcels for which we are required to pay shipping costs on delivery.
