Transaction data are sent through a secure connection directly to the credit card authorisation centre and,
therefore, cannot be viewed by any unauthorised person. Furthermore the staff of PayPal
or the website where the service or goods were purchased do not have access to the data.
The payment card authorisation centre provides just a confirmation that a declared payment can be made and the website
